1. High Temperatures Can Affect LDPE Packaging Production
During the summer months, temperatures in Vietnam’s industrial zones can become extremely high.
These conditions primarily affect products manufactured from LDPE materials, particularly:
These products typically involve multiple layers of film in close contact during winding, stacking, storage, and transportation. Under elevated temperatures, the risk of film blocking may increase, potentially affecting product usability at the end-user level.
To maintain consistent quality throughout the summer season, manufacturers may need to:
- Increase slip and anti-block additive levels where appropriate.
